Unfortunately, as of 2014 we are NOT wheel chair accessable. Once you pay, you will be in covered waiting. We try to keep the line as fast as possible so you are not in the rain or cold, but please make sure you are prepared for either cold or rain. The actors do not normally touch you, but in pitch black, touching may be accidental. This is the same for visitors of our house: you cannot touch our actors and they will not touch you. If you do touch an actor, you and your entire group may be escorted out. No refund will be given. If you are being kidnapped, they will only touch you to move you to your required spot and let you out. Let us know when you buy your ticket(s) that you are interested in kidnapping. The fee for a kidnapping is an additional $10.
Please be warned: if you are drunk or deemed otherwise a liability, we reserve the right to deny kidnapping participation! You have to sign a waver at the door or you can download it here. We recommend having the waiver signed and ready to go before you get to the house for faster service.
You must be 18+ or have a parent's/guardian's signature. The person being kidnapped goes in the house 2-5 groups before your group. While the kidnapped person goes through the house, they will be removed from the new group in one of three spaces. When the kidnapped person's group goes through the house, they have to find their missing person and "rescue" them. Yes, we can kidnap without the person knowing, but we recommend you printing your own waver by clicking here instead of asking for one at the front door where they may overhear. The length of the show depends on the group's walking pace. It can last anywhere from 15-30 minutes. $1 off coupons are available here, Ladies' Night (Thursdays only) coupon can be accessed here, and we also offer discounts with pet food donations. Cans preferred. We recommend that for regular shows, anyone 13+ can visit. We do special matinee shows for children 12 and under on certain days of the year. Please see our schedule for those days. We accept PET food donations only. Please do not bring regular food donations as we cannot take human food. We do prefer canned/bagged cat or dog food. The Buddy Foundation would also accept (and appreciate) a donation of clumping cat litter. Yes, you still have to wait in line. However, we are going to start using staff with mobile devices to check you in faster. Yes. In some parts you will duck, use stairs and push things to exit a room. Please let someone know at the beginning if you have issues with any of these activities so we can escort you around anything you are not comfortable with. There are parts where it is pitch black. Please be careful and do NOT run or you might injure of not only yourself or your group, but also an actor or staff member. Please refrain from using a phone or flashlight while in the pitch black area. If you are caught, you will be asked to put them away. If you do not comply, you will be escorted out of the house. The pitch black areas are pitch black to create a creepy atmosphere. It ruins the experience for you and others when devices are used to light up the dark areas. The only way to jump the line is through a V.I.P. ticket. Let a staff member know that you want to purchase a ticket or tickets--$27 per person--or click here to purchase them online. No, we do not sell food on site. We do not allow outside food or drink in our house. Please finish whatever you may have or else we will ask you to throw it out. We do group sizes of 6-8 people and while in the house, you will be seperated only for a few moments. You can rejoin your group after the seperation. Yes, we allow costumes in our haunted house. But, DO NOT wear anything that will cover your face. We can hold anything that covers your face, but you are responsible for its retrieval. When in doubt, leave it in the car. Absolutely NO photography OR video recordings inside of our house without expressed permission AT ALL. If you are caught, you will be escorted from the house without refund. However, OUTSIDE of the house and ONLY the buried alive room, we allow photography.
There are no devices we strictly prohibit, but we do not allow flashlights or cellphones past the waiting room. We ask that you turn off your cellphones while going through the house so it does not ruin your experience and so the phone does not get dropped or broken.
Buried Alive is a coffin ride simulator that you can ride for an extra $5. It has a storyline with scents thrown in and your friends can watch your face on a video screen.
When you purchase the Confirmed Shooter experience, you get to a certain area of the house and one of our creatures will ask if there are any shooters in the group. You will be asigned an air gun and what happens next...well...good luck.
